The 2nd Royal Decree of King Mish Mash the Forgiving:
The creation and establishment of The Academy for the Advancement of the Arcane Arts, with the appointment of Fizban as First Royal Wizard to the King.
All expenses spent on the establishment of the The Academy for the Advancement of the Arcane Arts ("The Academy") shall be offset by the tuition paid by the students, and all future tuition fees shall by allocated toward the upkeep, maintenance, and expansion of The Academy including but not limited to the acquisition of forgotten tomes, arcane artifacts, and wondrous items.

The Royal Wizard is excited to announce the acquisition of many rare and valuable tomes to the Library of the Academy for the Advancement of the Arcane Arts, as well as a nearly complete set of arcane equipment from the nearby tower. Applications for apprentices and students are now being accepted.
