The 3rd Royal Decree of King Mish Mash the Forgiving:
The Inaugural Privy Pugilistic PUNCH-OUT!
All proceeds of this inaugural PUNCH-OUT shall be directed toward the immediate upgrade of the Kingdom's privy system.
The PUNCH-OUT will be a single elimination tournament with an entry fee of 100 gps (reassessed annually) and a maximum number of entrants of 64 participants (with the option to expand to 68, at the King's discretion). The winner of the PUNCH-OUT will have their name engraved in the Hall of Champions as well as a "First of its kind" one-on-one boxing match with the Kingdom's famous Faerith the Pugilist, with the winner getting the "Ultimate Prize".
